Not only does he have the conformation of a true stock horse, he's also a tough, substantial fabric dog toy and 36 cm (14¼ in) tall. - Howie is packed full of non-toxic fibre. This is covered by a layer of 600D nylon; a layer of PVC; another layer of 600D nylon; and finally a layer of soft fleece. It's then stitched four times. Seams are covered with luggage-strength nylon trim and stitched three times.
