Where do we ship to?
The postal charges outlined below refer to deliveries to the UK (incl. Channel Islands) and BFPO addresses.
However, we are getting more enquiries from outside these areas and are happy to fulfil orders wherever possible.
If you live outside the UK please contact us by email (info@merrydogs.co.uk) with details of the items you would like to order and we will inform you of the extra shipping costs and how to pay for your item.
Postage rates
UK DELIVERIES (EXCLUDING CHANNEL ISLANDS)Postage and packing is FREE on all collars, leads and ID tags (unless part of a larger order containing other items).
We charge £3.50 postage and packing on all other items except beds.
Postage and packing is £6.00 per order for beds.
Your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times, but you will only be charged one postage and packing fee (if applicable).
CHANNEL ISLANDS ORDERS
Please contact us by email first to tell us what you would like to order. There will be additional shipping costs on larger orders (e.g. beds, toys), though we try to keep them as low as possible. We will advise you of any extra postage costs before you place your order.
There may be customs charges payable on Channel Islands orders, for which the customer will be responsible.
Shipping
Most items are dispatched within 5 working days. Some items are made-to-order, and therefore take longer to dispatch. Check the ‘Shipping’ tab on each product page for details of that product's usual dispatch time.Orders within the UK are sent via:
- Royal Mail ‘Standard First Class’; or
- Royal Mail ‘Recorded Signed For First Class’; or
- via Parcelforce or courier.

Deliveries that require a signature
For deliveries requiring a signature (Royal Mail ‘Recorded Signed For First Class’, and couriers) it may be more convenient to you to provide a work address for delivery if no one is at home during the day.If you are not in when a delivery is made, the delivery service will leave a card detailing how delivery can be re-arranged. We are unable to specify a date and time of delivery.
