Your Paco Collars collar and lead come with a lifetime of free repair. Of course, we’re banking on the fact that you’ll never need it, but should something break, Paco will repair your product, however long you have had it.

That said, they do have limitations…if your dog chews its collar they can’t fix that, but any repair resulting from product failure (leather or hardware) will be taken care of. Some of the pre-fabricated elements (the stones in the Hearts decoration and the turquoise stone in the Mesa decoration) are not guaranteed but they will try their best to repair them if the should fail.

Just contact us at info@merrydogs.co.uk should you have any problems. We will send your collar or lead back to Paco in the US for repair, so this process will take about 2 to 3 weeks. This guarantee supplements your statutory rights.
