We use RBS Worldpay to take your payment. They accept the following cards:- Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Solo.
- You can also pay by Paypal via the Worldpay site.
Your card/Paypal account will be charged when your order is placed. This includes made-to-measure items with a longer shipping time. This is a requirement of RBS Worldpay, our secure payment system. We do not have access to your card details.
When we send you confirmation of order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We reserve the right not to process any incomplete or incorrect orders.
Ordering from outside the UK
We are happy to fulfil orders from outside the UK wherever possible. If you live outside the UK please contact us by email (info@merrydogs.co.uk) with details of the items you would like to order and we will inform you of the extra shipping costs and how to pay for your item.
